Terms and Conditions

By booking a service with Buckles and Bubbles LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Buckles and Bubbles provides cleaning services for car seats and related items. Services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and availability may vary. Emergency services are available upon request but are subject to additional fees as determined by Buckles and Bubbles

You must give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or last-minute cancelations may result in a no show or cancelation fee.

Appointments scheduled outside of our 25 mile radius are subject to a 15% cancelation fee to cancel appointment and process the return payment.

Full payment is due at time of booking appointment unless otherwise agreed.

Photos and/or videos may be taken of your seat before, during, and after the cleaning process which may be used on social media or for advertising purposes. No personal information will be used or shared unless otherwise agreed upon.

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are available for pickup or dropped off at Buckles and Bubbles by or at their selected appointment time. Failure to have items ready at the agreed upon time will result in an additional $20 travel fee. Please remove any personal items from car seats before service. We are not responsible for any lost or missing items, but will do our best to return anything as needed. All items deemed “trash” will be vacuumed and/or thrown in the garbage.

Buckles and Bubbles LLC will not clean any expired items or items containing mold. If mold/expiration is discovered during cleaning, the cleaner will immediately stop and notify the customer. A partial refund may be eligible at the discretion of Buckles and Bubbles. Any and all travel fees will not be refunded.

While we do our best to deliver excellent results, some stains or damage may be permanent. We are not responsible for wear, fading, or pre-existing damage.

Cleaned items are delivered in a plastic bag to protect from insects and elements. We suggest bags be removed as soon as possible and no later than 8-12 hours after delivery. Buckles and Bubbles is not responsible for any damage that occurs from the plastic bag remaining on too long.

At Buckles and Bubbles, we are committed to following all manufacturer cleaning and safety guidelines when cleaning your seats, including using only manufacture approved cleaning methods for straps, padding, and plastic components. While we take great care in following all manufacture cleaning methods to maintain the integrity and safety of your car seat Buckles and Bubbles LLC or any Buckles and Bubbles LLC employee will not be held liable for any damage, malfunction, or injury that may occur following cleaning, including in the event of a car accident. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to inspect that the car seat is in proper working condition and ensure that the car seat is reinstalled into your vehicle correctly. If you have any questions or concerns, we recommend referring to your car seat’s manual or contacting the manufacturer directly.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.
